Breakfast: This morning I had 6 ounces of Bolthouse Farms Green Goddess fruit smoothie, whole grain toast with rasberry jam. My wife had Kashi cereal. No morning snack today.

Dinner: Restaurant Night! I had clams with white wine, a dinner salad, ahi tuna(rare) with wild rice and creamed spinach. My wife had a cup of tomato bisque, a big salad with portabella mushrooms, and vinagrette. And she had Key Lime pie for dessert. (I had a bite, yum!)
